In the late twenty-first century
two-thirds of the Earth and half its celestial bodies are ruled by the Trudeaux Dynasty under the United Global Sectors. This
fascist government, in an attempt to secure absolute dominion, secretly made contact with a sub-dimensional species in order
to barter new technology. These negotiations were short and adverse. Earth now exists within a secret cold war.
The third hereditary chairman,
Linus Trudeaux, established an early warning corps of soldiers assigned in groups of two within asteroid outposts. One a marine,
the other a scientist. These soldiers are abandoned on a mini-base for a one-year rotation to monitor and send coded transmissions
until their retrieval team replaces them.
Their retrieval teams never come

Trapped within the confines of an asteroid bunker, as supplies
